20 years — our own network, our own technology

Urgent B2B shipments to Poland and Czechia. Pick-up at 19:00, delivery usually by 12:00 the next day.

We take over the whole process: evening pick-up in Germany, night line-haul through our own transhipment network, next-day delivery across Poland and Czechia — controlled and documented in our own platform, TMI.

B2B

Who we work for

We are built for German B2B shippers where a late shipment means downtime — not for private parcels and not for occasional freight.

  • Regular, urgent shipments across Poland or Czechia
  • Shipment weight up to 31.5 kg
  • Ideally 40–60 shipments per day
  • Lower volumes possible — then on individual terms
  • High cost when a part or device does not arrive on time
  • Need for more control than a standard parcel carrier offers

Typical industries

Agricultural machinery parts

Harvest windows and seasonal peaks forgive no lost day.

Construction equipment parts

An idle machine park costs money every hour.

Medical devices and parts

Time-bound jobs, documented handover.

Components of expensive machines

High goods value, no room for uncertainty.

Industrial service

An on-site technician is only productive once the part arrives.

What a delay really costs

The price of a shipment is rarely the problem. The problem is the hour in which a line stands still, a technician waits or a customer cannot produce. That is why we build the process around predictability and flag risk before the deadline passes.

Downtime instead of a retry

Instead of a second delivery attempt the next day, we intervene the same evening.

Risk becomes visible

TMI flags shipments with delay risk while there is still time to act.

One accountable party

Pick-up, night line-haul, transhipment and delivery stay in one hand.

19:00 pick-up → by 12:00 delivery

One controlled night process — not a chain of subcontractors

People, warehouses, vehicles, drivers and data work as one system. Every physical step has its counterpart in TMI.

Anonymous process examples

We currently operate as a subcontractor, so we do not name customers or show logos. These examples describe workflows, not clients.

Agricultural part, pick-up 18:40

Shipment in night transport, transhipment Wrocław, delivery 10:15 in south-eastern Poland. The technician could fit the part before noon.

Delay risk detected during the night

TMI flagged a shipment after a late line-haul. The night shift moved it to an earlier route; delivery at 11:40 instead of the afternoon.

Failed delivery, consignee closed

The driver documented a photo and note, customer service agreed a new window the same morning, delivery the next day before 10:00.

TMI

TMI — the control centre for your transport

TMI is not a marketing add-on. The system runs the real operation and gives you the same view of your shipments that we work with.

Live-Tracking

Real live tracking — not just status messages

You see vehicles and shipments on the map in real time: position, assigned vehicle, stop order, time windows, ETA and delay risk. Not a report after the fact, but the running operation — the same view our night dispatch works with.

Real-time position on the map

Vehicles, delivery zones and open stops live, with zoom to a region, a tour or a single shipment.

ETA and delay risk before the deadline

Critical shipments are flagged while there is still time to act — not after the time window has passed.

Search and filters instead of asking us

Search by shipment number, address or consignee; filter by status, driver, zone and priority.

Full transparency, clearly bounded

You see all data of your organisation — and only that. Other principals are technically separated.

We exchange data the way your system can — and we say openly what is available today and what needs analysis first.

We do not claim that TMI has a ready-made integration for every system. Every integration requires analysis of documentation, data, authorisation and security.

Data security — in plain language

Separated data

TMI is designed for many organisations. Each company's data is kept separate.

Only your own view

A user only sees information belonging to their own organisation.

Permissions, not chance

What someone can see and do depends on their permissions — not on knowing a link.

Technology does not replace accountability

The system detects the event and delivers current data. The experienced specialist decides what happens next.
  • Personal support in German
  • Fast reaction to problems
  • An individually configured process
  • Contact with a person who knows your operation
  • Customer service support
  • Team response to exceptions and delay risk

AI and automation support analysis and handling. Prices, contracts, deadlines, payments and other binding or risky decisions are always confirmed by a human.

How we start together

  1. 01

    You send a request

You request a transport analysis — a few details are enough.

  2. 02

A digital employee takes it in

The request goes to our digital employee.

  3. 03

    AI prepares a summary

The data is analysed and prepared for the specialist.

  4. 04

    First personalised reply

Within a few minutes you receive a first reply based on your details.

  5. 05

    Handover to a human

A specialist takes over the case the same day — the operational target is a few minutes to take-over.

  6. 06

    Binding clarification and pilot

Prices, deadlines and terms are confirmed by a human. For a good fit we set up a pilot with limited scope.

We do not promise a complete, binding offer within minutes. The automated part gives you a first reply — a human makes it binding.

Request a transport analysis

Briefly describe your shipping day. We will check whether our night process fits your volume, your times and your destination regions.

Note: this website is in preparation. The form shows the workflow but does not yet send real messages or store data.

Frequent questions

By when must the goods be ready?

Pick-up in Germany usually starts around 19:00. The exact window is agreed per pick-up location.

How heavy can shipments be?

Our process is designed for shipments up to 31.5 kg.

We ship fewer than 40 shipments per day.

That is possible. Lower volumes run on individual terms — we check this in the transport analysis.

What happens if a shipment is at risk of being late?

TMI flags the delay risk. Dispatch or customer service then decide on rescheduling and inform you.

Can we connect TMI to our ERP or TMS?

Often yes. Available options include API, webhooks, Excel, CSV and file exchange. Individual connections are assessed beforehand based on documentation, data, authorisation and security.
